• Providing AI-powered market analysis and research consolidation
• Generating data summaries based on your holdings, watchlist, and preferences
• Improving our analysis algorithms and user experience
• Sending account-related notifications (if enabled)

Third-Party AI Data Sharing (Required Consent)

Before you can use AI features, you must explicitly consent in-app to third-party AI data sharing. If consent is not provided, AI features and app usage remain blocked.

We currently use these third-party AI providers: OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI.

Data sent to these providers is limited to what is needed to generate requested analysis in this app:

• Portfolio holdings and trade details you enter (for example ticker symbols, position size, cost basis, strategy type, option contract details, optional purchase dates)
• Watchlist symbols and analysis settings (for example model choice, language level, and time horizon)
• Market and technical indicator data required to produce analysis

We do not send direct account identifiers such as internal user IDs, account email address, or authentication tokens to third-party AI providers in analysis prompts.

Data shared with third-party AI providers is used to perform the requested service in this app and is not used for third-party model training.

Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
• Portfolio data is stored securely in encrypted databases
• Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized systems
• We do not store your brokerage credentials or have access to your actual trading accounts

Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party services to provide our analysis:

• AI Providers: OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI for generating AI analysis from market/technical context plus portfolio/watchlist input you provide
• Market Data: Financial data providers for real-time stock prices and market information

These services have their own privacy policies governing their data handling practices. We require explicit in-app consent before sharing personal data with these providers for AI processing.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app by going to Settings → Delete Account.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your portfolio data

Children's Privacy

AI Stock Insights is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
